“Hi everyone and welcome! I’m the owner of Sapphire Salon- founded in 2019, and expanded in 2023! I have been specializing in hair coloring techniques for 14 years, and in hair extensions for 8. I have continued to receive extensive education in hair coloring techniques, extensions, product theory, business management, and community building by traveling all over the United States to immerse myself in as many learning and networking opportunities as i can!

Education is one of my top priorities at Sapphire Salon, so I’m always bringing continued education to myself and the team- as well as planning community events to host other local small businesses and bringing people together!

In my free time, i love to be doing anything adventurous or traveling! I love new experiences, and to create a culture in my personal life and business using what i learn from all the places i’ve visited and learned from! You can also find me curled up with a good book or in any kind of fitness class or the gym. It’s so important to me to make health and wellness a priority as well as encourage those around me to do the same!”

Savannah Bauman

Hiii - I’m Savannah! I am both a stylist here at Sapphire and the Salon Manager! You’ll often find me behind the chair, helping coordinate upcoming events, team meetings and making sure everything runs smoothly day-to-day. I’ve been in the hair industry for 5 years now, with an equal love for both blondes and brunettes. I love creating soft + effortless, lived-in hair. I am certified in both keratin tip and sew-in weft hair extensions. My favorite transformations are the subtle ones, adding just the right touch of length or fullness for that natural, elevated feel.

Outside of the salon, I am very much a busy bee! With a love to travel, I treat google flights like my morning news! Singapore and the Dolomites are two of my bucket list destinations. When I’m home, you’ll find me reading my kindle on our porch, spicy margs with friends, wandering the farmers market for the perfect flowers or trying a new coffee shop! I’m big on showing up for yourself before you can show up for everyone else. Wether it be with a pilates class, lifting at the gym, walking our dog, a ride on my peloton or even a quick sauna sesh - movement is a non-negotiable for me. And my camera roll? 50% my dog, 50% hair… as it should be. If you feel like I’m your kind of stylist, I’d love to have you in my chair soon!”

Brooke Hoppe

“I’m an independent stylist with 15+ years of experience, specializing in dimensional color, luxury blonding, men’s grooming, and custom keratin extensions.

I’m committed to continued education and refining my craft, so every guest receives modern techniques, personalized results, and an elevated experience. I believe great hair goes beyond the appointment—it’s about maintaining healthy habits and protecting the integrity of your hair with the right products and guidance.

My goal is to be a stylist you trust—someone you feel comfortable being honest with and supported by in the chair. One of the things I love most is being the “hair girl” for the whole family.

Outside the salon, you’ll find me with my family, enjoying the outdoors—fishing, hunting, and spending as much time on the water as possible (usually with a margarita in hand).

I’m always accepting new guests and love a good challenge!”

Rebekah Krebs

“Hi! I’m Rebekah! I’m so happy you’re here! I’ve always had a passion for hair, with my favorite services to provide being: lived-in color, whether that’s blonde or brunette, extensions, and bridal hair. I’m certified in keratin tip and sew-in-weft extensions. Both completely different yet equally fantastic. My goal is to help you feel refreshed, cared for, and offer a positive experience.

Outside of the salon you’ll find me outdoors, drinking a matcha, thrifting, spending time with my aussie pup, at the farmers market, or quality time with my husband and family.

Callie Carlson

“Hi, I’m Callie! I’d love to be the stylist for you so here’s some things to know about me! I love a project and diving into the details whether that’s your color transformation or color correction. You never need to apologize for taking up time in my chair because I’m enjoying every minute of it!

Over 7 years in the beauty industry, I’ve developed a love for different blonde placements and dimensional brunettes or reds. You can also bring me your vivid color ideas so we can bring them to life! I love the evolution of hair trends so I’ll take on something totally new as well. It’s been my pleasure to bring my love for curly hair cutting to this area! What began with learning my son’s curly hair, moved to the community’s curly needs.

This phase of life is keeping me busy either in the salon or soaking in all the time with my little best friend, my son. Like me, he has endless interests that collect or change course. Thanks for learning about me and I can’t wait to meet you!”

Madi Laabs

“Hi, I’m Madi! I’m so glad you’re here! I love creating looks that feel modern, natural, and true to you. I really value building genuine connections with my clients and making sure you feel comfortable and taken care of every time you’re in my chair.

I’m certified in sew-in weft and keratin tip extensions, and I offer a range of services to enhance your natural beauty with results that last. I especially love lived-in color, whether it’s blondes or brunettes, blonding, and custom women’s haircuts. Anything that leaves you feeling refreshed, confident, and like your best self.

Outside of the salon, I love spending time with my people, traveling, everything wellness, and continuing my education so I can keep growing and stay up to date with new trends and techniques.

Karly Karlen

“Hi, I'm Karly! I started behind the chair in 2013, continually learning, growing and finding more passion for this industry every day! I love that Sapphire values education so much, learning new trends and techniques is so important to me.

In my years of experience, I've been able to narrow down my specialties. Blondes were my first love, I find foiling therapeutic. "Lived in" dimensional hair color is something that can be customized to any hair type or color, and I love being able to personalize that to each and every guest! In addition to color, I love to cut hair. 

My time outside of the salon is spent with my husband and three kids, our dogs, and our farm animals. You can often find me on the bleachers keeping up with the kids' sports, or hanging out with friends and family in my hometown of Green Bay. My husband and I are always down for a good country concert, and love to take the family camping. “

Maggie Kree

“Hi, I’m Maggie! I’m currently a cosmetology student and Kelsey’s assistant. You’ll usually find me capturing content, answering the phone, helping the stylists, and soaking up all things hair. I’m always learning, growing, and loving every minute of it.

A little about me—I’m married to my high school sweetheart and a dog mom. I love traveling and weekend getaways (Glacier National Park and Sedona are two of my favorite spots). I’m a total coffee lover (oat milk iced lattes are my go-to), and in my downtime you’ll find me walking my dog, at the gym, reading, or in a Netflix binge.

I’m so excited to keep growing and can’t wait to be behind the chair soon!”

Jensen Branning

“Hey all!! I’m Jensen, owner/aesthetician of Luxx Beauty Lounge.

I have been an aesthetician for 8+ years now and I could not imagine myself doing anything else! I specialize in skincare, hydrafacials, facials, microneedling and additional corrective treatments. I am a Certified Acne Specialist with Face Reality Skincare. I also offer sugaring and waxing, as well as lash and brow services!

I am dedicated to providing each and every one of my clients with a customized, corrective, healing, and results-driven experience. My passion lies in guiding clients on their journey to their best skin, as I understand firsthand the significant impact that acne and other skin concerns can have on our daily lives and mental health.

If I'm not at work, you can usually find me hanging out with my fur baby, Groot, at the gym, enjoying some coffee, on a boat reapplying my SPF, or cozied up on the couch for a good tv show.

I look forward to seeing new faces, continuing to grow and helping everyone achieve their skin goals! “

Riley Bellendorf

“Hi, I’m Riley! At 22, I bring 3 years of experience behind the chair along with a passionate, detail-oriented approach to hair. I specialize in lived-in color, effortless, dimensional looks that enhance your natural beauty and grow out seamlessly. My goal is always hair that feels elevated yet easy. I also love working with extensions to create fullness, length, and confidence in a way that still feels like you—just enhanced.

Behind the chair, I’m all about the experience. I value the relationships I build with my clients just as much as the final result. I want every appointment to feel like a reset—where you can relax, feel taken care of, and leave not only loving your hair, but feeling confident and comfortable in your own skin. There’s nothing better to me than seeing someone light up when they see themselves in the mirror.

When I’m not in the salon, you’ll find me at the gym, snowboarding in the winter, tanning in the summer, baking something sweet, or spending quality time with my family and friends.

“Hiii! I’m Thien. I’ve been in the beauty industry since I was sixteen. I specialize in lash extensions and nail services. I love being able to make people feel beautiful and confident through the enhancements I can provide. I also love learning and continuing to learn new tricks and techniques to make sure my clients are always up to date. My favorite part of my career is getting to know and building a relationship with each and every person so we can have fun while we collaborate and get you to your lash and nail goals. 

Outside of the salon, you will most likely find me either hanging out with friends, obsessing over true crime, reading, or learning new random things.
